Players play through their errors, and make up for them in other areas of the game: Volleyball/ Life is 5% of what happens to me, and 95% of how I choose to look and react to it.
Teammates, Coaches, Referee’s, Opponents are treated with respect.
I plan practices based on USAV, CHRVA, AVCA, Gold Medal Squared, and collegiate technical skills goals and training. I plan practices with the individual player, and team in mind; In turn, I expect players to show up mentally prepared to work hard, be a good team mate, and give the best effort they have.
